Oshigol is located in the Ohn'ahran Plains zone. Only part of Dragonflight rares are active during a single daily reset. Most of the time you will be able to find only small part of all zone rares and they will respawn after kill in relatively short time.

After camping him for two nights in a row, I've noted the following every time: Spawn rate is 1.5-2 hours, the average being 2 hours. He spawns in front of a small cave at 29.80, 46.15, and if not engaged immediately, will start flying around the basin, his path taking him to the rocks by the cliff.

So it's pretty safe to say her spawn times is consistent at 9:01pm REALM TIME . Some people possibly confused their local time with Realm. Location however appears random whether in the Cave or down in the forest. But you have 34-minute window to check the other location.

I just tamed my second one today, two different hunters on the same server. Assuming that I am on the same shard, the spawn time is 8 hours.

He spawns in the Azure Span. Breezebither has approximately has a 1 to 2 hour respawn timer. You can kill him multiple times a day. He has about a two percent chance of dropping this mount.

Helmix is spawned by killing the Annelid Mudborers.

Seems he has about a 45 - 60 min respawn timer.
