    Scheduled anappointment online, arrived atthat time and had less than a15minutes wait. Saw PATim and hedid anawesomejob. Idid come back ona follow-up two days later for Tim look over mywound, this was atno cost. The only thing preventing ascore of5stars was they are still requiring masks.

          I went into this clinic today, and Ifeel socompelled topost this rating. Not only did the staff welcome meand were very polite and accommodating, but also and most important, the PA(Tim Metcalf) was genuinely concerned about mysituation. After asking questions and listening intently tomy responses, heexplained very clearly and indetail his diagnosis ofmy condition. Ileft feeling very relieved, and I’m just sograteful that Iwent tothis MedPost Urgent Care. Without reservation, Ihighly recommend avisit tothis clinic. Stellar, professional staff andPA!– show

              I donot recommend this place toanyone. Iwas running a103.7fever and needed tosee aphysician for flu like symptoms on02/27/2022at3:00pm. Upon arrival Iwas asked for myID and insurance card. Itold the lady working the front desk Ihad aphysical copy ofmyID, however Ionly had adigital copy ofmy insurance card. Ido not have aphysical copy ofmy insurance card because Iam astudent atTexas State University and myparents live 3hours away. She said the physician wouldn’t beable tosee meas Ididn’t have aphysical copy. Iknow this isn’t true because I’ve been tothe New Braunfels location and they had noproblem using adigital copy. When apatient has a103.7fever and isvisibly sick you donot turn them away because ofthis. The lady working atthe front desk isnot someone Iwould want leaving afirst impression onmy patients and/or their family members. Ithought you joined the medical field because you wanted tohelp patients. Iwill not bereturning toany MedPost Urgent Cares inthe future asthis experience highly unprofessional.                 We went infor asports physical. The care wereceived was very fast. The front office staff was super sweet and helpful. The Drwe saw was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Wewill definitely return.

                  We were traveling through San Marcos and needed anurgent care. Our visit was quick, easy and staff was professional. The office was very clean and neat. Ileft knowing what caused mychild’s allergic reaction and how tocare for her toprevent visits. 10/10recommend!!

                              Showed upat3pm. They had 4patients and said walk ins were closed. What?! How doyou close walk ins 5hours before you close? Not agood way torun business. Then she tried totell methe reason for myvisit wasnt something they did here…well then why isit listed asa service for this location onyour website? Well that sounds more emergent than urgent…was her reply. Dont gohere ifits after noon. Theyll deny you care apparently.

                                    Our experience was amazing from the time wewalked into the time weleft. First ofall, the facility was clean and well maintained from front toback. The Christmas tree was beautiful and that always makes aperson feel better especially when they're sick. The woman atthe front desk Ithink Nita was her name was proficient, quick, helpful, and thorough. She was stern but respectful. That's how you have tobe inthe medic field. Most people are just jerks without being sensitive tothe patientand their needs. Idon't remember the woman who took mychildren's vitals but she was African American and very sweet and kind. She was sopersonable with mychildren and made them feel comfortable. The NPI wish Icould remember his name hewas aHispanic man and hewas soooo thorough, talkative, welcoming, kind, and patient most ofall. Hespent time withus, answering all ofmy questions, talking tomy kids and getting toknow them. Hegave them little prizes attheend. The prescriptions were sent toour pharmacy ASAP. Ireally wasn't expecting agood experience just because most urgent cares ingeneral, along with hospitals, are full ofunhappy overworked employees. Igetit. Iused tobe one ofthem. But you have toset yourself aside and deal with the person infront ofyou asif they were someone you love and care about. Every single person there did that. EvenJoe, when Ihad called earlier that day asking about appts, which they didn't have, and Nita squeezed inmy children anyway. Thank you somuch for being anoutstanding facility. Ihope the manager isa good one there because typically, from myexperience, ifthe boss isa goodone, and treats the employees well, then you'll keep ahappy team with very little turnover rate. Itruly hope that everyone stays with the San Marcos facility and continues toshow the love ofJesus whether they believe inHim ornot. What they did was exactly what Jesus would have done. IfI had toname one thing that would have made the visit just atad better itwould betheTV. With sick kiddos who are restless itwould have been nice for the TVto beturned onwith cartoons ora Christmas movie. That's the least ofmy concerns though. Thanks for the opportunity toshare myfeedback. Y'all are doing something right and ifany other Med Post isstruggling they should use this location toset thebar.– show

                                      The front desk staff and nurse were great, Iwas also seen quickly- that's what the 2stars arefor.
                                      However, the PAI saw was horrible. Tim was condescending, would not listen toanything Isaid, and stated that aninfection causing meto cough upmucus would “clear upon itsown.” When hegave meBS answers hehad atthe ready (rather than genuinely responding tomy questions) and Iwas mulling them over inmy head, hekept telling meI was “thinking that Ididn't know what was goingon.”

                                        I think they need torethink their COVID policy about not allowing afamily member toaccompany apatient asmany questions went unanswered because the patient didn’t know orremember what toask. Sounfortunately tests and examinations that should have been performed were not done.
