This was my old role. I genuinely cannot say enough positive things about it. This role reviatalized my passion for insights and gave me confidence and skills which I know will serve me well long term. Please, please, please reach out to me if you think youâd be a good fit (or know someone who would). Here are just a few things youâll get from this role:1) I do not say this lightly- the CULTURE IS FANTASTIC. Quincy is an incredible leader both for your mentorship and your well being. This is a busy role and youâll have a lot of hats to juggle. But you are empowered to prioritize and say no to things (i.e put yourself first). It takes courage from you to set boundaries, but it takes courage from your managers to embrace them. This team is built on that.2) Youâll make an impact. Itâs not always as clear as one would hope, but I definitely know I made an impact on major brands. I honestly didnât believe that Iâd be able to walk into a store and look at a new product and say âI helped make that happen.â But after this role, I can now say I have!3) Youâll be able to use the best Insights tools in the game. From different tools built on capturing consumer interviews in ways that I could never imagine, to facilitating a quantitative team that can take thousands of survey responses and distill down the key themes, to working with strategic consulting firms that take nebulous ideas and build a neat one page strategy (way harder than it looks), you get it all in this role. This clearly wasnât a ramble based on 5 hours of sleep⌠no this all needed to be said đ ! Seriously, I am so thankful for this role and know the next person will be as well!
